"Update: I talked to the property manager personally about the poop issue. She said she would send out an email about cleaning up after your pets (no such email was sent even after a week) and that she would have maintenance clean up some of the trouble areas I told her about. (all of the poop is still there. And oh boy it's a lot) therefore I am putting my review down to a 2 star. If you are reading this and you live here please clean up after your dog. Im sure EVENTUALLY they will start actually charging per pile and I think its gone up to a $300 fine. Since the switch over to Enclave property there has been a lot of hassle. From things like emergency maintenance not showing up after three calls, to people starting to smoke in and on the property (its supposed to be smoke free) to people not cleaning up their dogs waste and the management's lack of initiative to clean it up after a few emails. We weren't informed the property manager quit and we won't be getting another one until the 27th (we had to go in and ask). I hope all of these issues will be fixed come that time. Dean the maintenance man is still amazing and normal maintenance is about the only thing that I will sing praises for right now."
"Been living here going on year 3. I lived in a 2 bed then moved to a loft style. I moved because it was a bit cheaper for me at the time but, since the change over to enclave it has been an absolute nightmare. With the change to the new utilities I am paying close to the same amount in a smaller unit. We still have not gotten any notification on the new property manager. Which I find to be very unprofessional as I work in the industry. I have told them I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up and they are almost begging me to stay. They should have kept the previous property manager Lindsey she was one of the best property managers for sure. This place was nice till the switch to Enclave. I will say the only plus is the maintenance tech Dean. He is always helpful and seems to be the only one ever in the management that is ever working. Glad to have him on property"
"Place is alright Lindsey was a great property manager whenever she was here but since the switch to enclave been having internet troubles with the apartment of it just randomly shutting off then on then back off after a couple mins other then that that's all I've got"
"Thanks to google reviews I now see that we don’t have a property manager. That explains all of my unanswered concerns. I’ve also noticed this place has a lot of hidden fees. Prepare yourself for the $60 “tech fee” which is mandatory internet but here’s the kicker- no wifi provided. Somehow my electric bill is ridiculous for the tiny box I pay for. Very sun-par units for the price. If they change anything- be prepared to pay up because they put that on their tenants. I’ve been here for 2 months and I’m starting to feel like it’s kind of shady business. Definitely won’t be renewing."
"Forewarning this is an updated Google review. From a 5 star to a 3 star. Normally I don't do reviews like this but this is an outlier. I've lived in these apartments since the 4400 building was first allowed tenants in 2021. These apartments were originally owned by LLoyd properties, Cornerstone, then owned by dakota Pointe and now enclave. If you love not having the same property manager for more than a few months well you're in luck. The maintenance guy Dean is great but as far as any consistency in communication goes this property is severely lacking (found out we don't even have a property manager at the moment through a Google review and repeatedly trying to go to the property office to speak about my lease that would've been up end of Feb.) The sad part is these apartments are pretty practically designed including your own hot water heater washer/dryer dish washer good A/C furnaces etc. But the lack of structure from various management companies just seems off like that it feels like everytime management changes so do our rules and amenities. Like we seriously have had Donya, Megan, Gordon, Lindsay, Melanie and now whoever the next property manager will be within 3 years come February. If you've made this far into reading this I hope I've laid out a pretty clear picture, it isn't all bad but just lacks consistency and structure."
