"The location is really convenient!! I cannot brag about this enough. The Empire mall is just across the street and so is the grocery store. Walmart and target are also nearby. You can easily access the paved bike trails at Sertoma Park which is just a 6 minute drive! The office staff do an amazing job and they are always friendly."

"Not worth the rent! 2 years ago I was paying $690 in rent for my 2 bed 1 bath. I have been here for 3.5 years now. The carpets were old and the interiors aren't that pretty but definitely worth $690. Even worth $780 after they increased it. However they are increasing it yet again, my totals are now $1,300. Car break in's happen almost every night here, someone WILL steal your package ALWAYS, there are no security cameras anywhere. They do one of the worst jobs at moving snow or salting sidewalks. Hallways are rarely vacuumed. The building reeks of cigarettes on the weekends. Trash! Do not recommend, rent is too high."

"Ant infested and the appliances don’t work properly. Plumbing also backs up. The management is the worst. Dylan and Hope are extremely nosy and rude. Threatened us many times about a car that was parked too long(2 weeks). When asked for a second key, never got it and we are two tenants on the lease. Very unprofessional. I repeat. ANT INFESTED. Coming through the walls. If you leave a chip out for one hour it will be covered in ants. Bombed multiple times and still they come back."

"So far, my experience here has been wonderful. From the moment i came in and spoke to Holly about floor plans and rent prices all the way up to signing my lease and moving in. I love that my apartnent is on the ground level and my patio faces the parking lot. It made it sooooo easy to move in. I do wish, however, that there were more washers and dryers in the laundry rooms. Dylin is VERY wonderful to work with and addresses any issues i have had at all. Holly is sweet and really takes the time to find out what you truly want in your home. Rent is great for the area and close to everything imaginable. So far, so good here"
