"I have mixed feelings. There are 3 areas. One is a 'training' area for like dog running courses. It's pretty large with the training space taking only a small area. Apparently you only have 20 min in there. There is no 'big dog' 'small dog' area, except for a small dog area where your dog can only be 12 inches. My dogs are frenchies..bigger than 12 inches but I didn't want them to be in with big dogs. I had to go to the large walking trail area where there were a ton of dogs. There was a big black lab who kept pawing at and jumping on one of my dogs and literally followed us everywhere doing this. Not an owner in site or they didn't care. So I left."
"I take my dogs a few times a week. They love it. Kudos to the volunteers who provide water, waste bags, and take care of the park! I have witnessed multiple experiences involving aggressive and poorly trained dogs. The dog park is not the appropriate place to try and socialize an aggressive animal. If you go, make certain your dog has excellent recall and is appropriately socialized. If you play fetch with your dog, do so in the designated area and NOT the main area. Be vigilant of other dog's behavior and make use of the walking paths. Dog owners that congregate to visit with other dog owners often have the most negative interactions between pets. Keep moving."
"If I could make it to this place everyday to wear my boys out I would! Absolutely amazing space for good boys and girls to play nice and walk qith their owners!"
"Awesome dog park. Plenty of space and really well kept. It's pleasant for both the dogs and people. There are different areas for agility and regular walking."
"Place is well maintained and the people there are very nice. I've never had a problem bringing my dogs there. Also, the city just replaced some of the trails with cement, so it's not as messy to walk on after it snows or rains."
