"This place is awesome and well worth the drive. I drove up from Riverside and I'm so glad I did. Whether you are looking for commercial equipment, in home supplies, or in my case, Christmas presents, this place has quality supplies at a fair price. I ended up with 8 cookie sheets (jelly-roll pans) because who can't use a brand new cookie sheet for holiday baking? 6 were gifts and 2 were gifts to myself. "On October 30, 2022, our family restaurant exploded and burned. It was a total loss. Fast forward to April and May 2023. We met Eric. We were clueless on where to even begin purchasing equipment, dishes, tables and chairs, etc. We knew how to replace, but not how to start.
