Petco Grooming

"First it was not communicated that the grooming would be twice the amount quoted. Then at payment our FREE 8th groom was not discounted and our $60 of awards were also not discounted. Finally we were told that because we did not “tip” the groomer Summer that if we were to come back that we should not ask for her again as she would not accept our dogs. Didn’t realize that tipping was a requirement for continued service. Very bad experience on this visit."
