"Went to make a grooming appointment here and left the dog in the vehicle. The man I talked to said they couldn’t groom our dog because she doesn’t do well around other dogs. This part is understandable, but the part that is unacceptable is the notes that he put in. He wrote notes that my dog was hostile and jumping up. Again, the dog never made it in the store. So now I can’t book a grooming online or with the app but I have to call each time. All because this guy lied on my dogs chart. Very disappointed!"
