"Nice location is about it. But the devil was once an angel. Terrible management, ownership Very unethical and crooked business practice letting there over work Front desk supervisor work seven days a week and letting her come up with excuses while owner doesn't even have the moral decency to come and check on the residents left at the Extended Stay Fleur Lodge where I have lived Faithfully since October 22 a disabled man with a diagnosed mental illnees. My future wife joined me beautifully flawed also disabled with Borderline Disabilty and a rare form of depression called A Typical depression and values the good days she has and fights the bad days she has as some need to know Border line Intellectual have a hard coping with Fear of Rejection. Fear of Rejection of living by Fleur Lodge I'm not worried about me life has made me tough. I have a mental disability documented for years.But my fault made bad choices and paid my debt to society and came out better man. Criminally Disabled and the Disabled can't just pick up and go to another apartment in a flash of a hat. Extended Stay has allowed md to achieve excess again and I thought a very rich business was women Sherill what I know now shows her true colors and my belief treats us and the residents at Fleur Lodge like were illegitimate,stupid and second class citizens. Well people who are second class citizens committing very poor business practices in the hotel industry taking advantage of less fortunate but beautifully flawed .That may not be criminal but its definitely a business tort. All humans are beautifully flawed,but not the mistreatment others to not provide a functioning place to live with old outdated equipment and value to fix it is more than the residents that live at Fleur Lodge Sherill should be gratefulof her asset Carroll.She is what helped Fleur Lodge better Fleur Lodgf Succes and succes to come. success to Fleur Lodge is prime location. Rich part of Southside next the 21st century Munipal airport expansion in the center of USA Tap that privilege. ."

"Check out this Yelp review for Fleur Lodge! https://yelp.to/SGdJONmWWx I'm a senior and was staying with them while waiting for an opening to a senior living facility. The air conditioning was broken all summer and never fixed along with washer/dryer that was broken my entire stay. The real cost to stay is around $1300 a month because they only rent bi-weekly causing the monthly guest to incur an extra $200 for the couple of days. I paid a $300 deposit. I had to clean my room when I arrived and provide my own shower curtain. I had staff do a walk through of my room when checking out and they said everything looked great. I signed a contract stating this along with my full deposit being returned to me within 7 days. When I called the manager Carol after not receiving it she told me my bed was damaged and they were keeping the deposit. She hung up on me and immediately blocked my number. She refused to give me any upper management contact info. I am currently filling legal action against them for this fraud and senior abuse. The place is full of crime. I had to call the police in the middle of the night on two occasions when someone was trying to break into my room. The crime/drug dealing seem to be between both guest and staff and truly felt staff was under the influence of narcotics on several occasions otherwise I don't know how their behavior could be explained. There was a bad fire during the summer and no restoration has been done to date. Thank you for taking the time to read this long review. I have never written one before but I felt obligated to warn people not to stay with them for their own safety."

"Spoke to guy that answers he was very nice, seemed professional when he said they didn't allow cats but said he could tell me who did once in office a couple weeks ago."

"I wish that Management would fix things faster upon request. Other than that it is a pretty alright place. At an okay price for being right across from the airport and you have hyvee jut nxt door. That's a plus."

"I couldn't flush my toilet the first five days that I was here, so the lady who runs the office here ( she is nice, and helpful) gave me a other room and it's got ZERO AIR CONDITIONING. So I have paid for a week and am now told that someone might come in on Monday. , to look into fixing the air. Personally for a $300."deposit and $250.00 every week..... what would you suggest that I do??"
