"Service good. People were cool. No doubt the people were good people. Very professional. BUT THE ROOMS! Lol I should have known better. No bugs. Mattress was clean but the house keepers can do better! I’ve been one myself. ALSO the toilet stopped flushing around 3am..why? Who knows. It shows a 3 star hotel. I don’t think that’s true. Do you guys have maintenance? Curtains broken, people could see in if they wanted to. We made the best of it! That’s all I can say. We will laugh about this later in life but there were kids there. Makes me worried."

"It was convenient. I just hope they could at least let me know ahead that the room they will assign us will be smokers room. I came in with no cigarettes scent and left with all my clothes smell like I am a smoker. On the website it says they serves breakfast but nope they do not."

"Status hotel a couple times extended rooms are huge they're clean staff is amazing friendly easy to talk to I would recommend this place for anybody this is pretty fair price for the area. When I had a personal issue that came about Kristen at the front desk went above and beyond her duties to help me out. Thank you Aspen Inn for being amazing people."
