"The maintenance man Eddie is the best! He is always keeping the area around my apartment clean with the winds lately there is a lot of trash but he always cleans it up. I also appreciate him cleaning up behind the people who leave their dog’s poop in the rocks as well because I have a toddler who tends to run through the rocks spontaneously. Eddie always makes himself available when I need the hallway washed down or anything fixed, he’s always so kind he speaks and waves every time I see him, he makes me feel welcomed here. Thanks Eddie!"

He’s picked up the slack of two previous maintenance men (Thomas & Victor) who provided us with wrong information. Regarding our fire place, stove, ice maker, front door, on top of this leak. Thanks to Mike he came to save the day! No more leaking, burner is working, front door closes properly along with everything else. Thank you for being kind, courteous, and respectful. "If I could give zero I would. All I’m going to say is DONT MOVE HERE. All these photos are from when I moved in….previous girls in front office are gone would not fix anything 10 months later I’m still going back & forth with the new people & they don’t do anything. I have submitted my complaint to the courts and will be pursuing legal action. This place looks good from the outside but inside is a lie they over charge and have so many fees. Not a full size washer, I was told my floors would be grey there brown and had paint all over them. Save yourself the hassle don’t move here"
