"Although I did not stay at the hotel, I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. I was mainly there for a two day event. Ray provided outstanding service for the two days that I was there. He opened the door and greeted all his guests with smiles. He was also very attentive and provided water to his guests while they waited. He showed great hospitality. I loved that the hotel management informed their staff, and they knew about the event, time, and location. This made my purpose of being there very time efficient. The ambiance of the hotel was lovely. I would love to come back for a staycation and create content soon. I heard there was a pool, but did not get a chance to stay long. The location of this hotel was very convenient and easy to access."

"I had an overall positive experience staying at the Platinum for 3 nights. The room size (we were in a princess suite) was amazing, loved having the balcony and full kitchen. The front desk staff was very friendly and good to deal with. Now the downside: we had cleanliness issues with our room. The floor was not vacuumed/swept from previous stay and there were nail clippings on the floor/in a towel, plus the pillows/cases smelled used. I went to the front desk and texted the concierge about the issue requesting they have the pillowcases changed and floors vacuumed while we were out that day - which did not happen. So it's a tricky grade - I liked the facility, rooms, location and non-casino vibe, but the housekeeping staff doesn't seem to be up to standard."

"We booked a handicapped room due to a broken foot. The room was the absolute farthest room away from the elevator! At check-in, the system was down. Had to wait until they unplugged and reset it. The beds are super comfortable and waa very clean. However, the room was not handicapped equipped. The shower did not have a seat & the water went all over the floor as the shower curtain was 6 inches off the floor! There are only 4 designated handicapped parking spaces too. Found for the not cheap price we were very disappointed!"

"This was my first time staying in a hotel that was not on the strip. This hotel was pretty close though and you could get there with a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel and its rooms are a little dated like many others but The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you would expect from a suite. The restaurant on the fifth floor were they served breakfast was a cozy little restaurant. The menu is not very extensive at the moment but they will bring you a good quality breakfast and a half for a good price. Our server Lina was awesome and so were the manager, chef , bartender and every other staff member we met. They had a good happy hour deal at the bar too. Overall a very good stay for a really god price given how close to new years we booked. Oh and it is family friendly hotel for sure."
