"I currently pay 1500 in rent for a 1 bed room 1 bathroom apartment. When I first moved in I asked if they had a bug problem because of the other reviews I saw online and I was told there is no bug problem whatsoever that was a complete lie this place is infested with roaches. No matter how clean I keep my apartment there is always roaches EVERYWHERE. The hallways, lobby area, elevators, ect. are always dirty and smelly. I’ve seen at least 3 people die in this neighborhood this is not a good community at all everyone is rude here. For 1500$ a month in rent you could live in Summerlin or blue diamond FOR CHEAPER. Also no in unit laundry it’s 5$ to wash and dry. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE"
"I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit 114 located on the first floor. It was the second unit on the left after you take a left directly after the elevators. UV residential took over after Cushman and Wakefield. A few months after UV residential took over there was talk about another Property Management taking over ( as my lease was up, but I am not sure the name) . Cushman and Wakefield management did such a great job in making it a priority to take care of work orders, concerns, and answering any questions within a timely manner. During the transition over to UV residential I reached out about at least 12 different times by calling to the office, sending emails, and talking in person to the new manager and staff about all the garbage, dog poop, dog piss, glass, and drug paraphernalia that fell in to the little patio area daily. The new manager (a short filipino looking man with hair slicked to the side) nor office staff did not take any of my concerns seriously. I took pictures and videos after cleaning my patio area 8 different occasions because my children would go and play out there, because it is a gated patio. Once there was a big glass vase that came falling down that broke all over the patio that could have seriously injured my children or anyone who was enjoying our patio area. Again, nothing was done even had videos of dog poop and dog piss pouring over from the higher units that I did send through email and a couple times I called the office staff while piss was falling and fresh dog poop while it was happening to come and look. There was so many cigarette butts once I counted 121 butts that was thrown over after a 24 hour time frame. There was a broken what looked like a crack pipe that fell over and broke on my cement slab that goes through the patio area and also one of those propane lighters. I was met with excuse after excuse saying that they took care of the situation by talking to the above units, sending emails out, and also sending newsletters about leaving things on patios and balconies above. It still continued to happen day after day. I had about 2 months left on my one year lease. I stopped going outside altogether and left blinds closed so I didn’t have to see all the garbage being dropped. While checking out with staff before turning my keys in I made sure they understood that I did not touch patio for the last 2 months and that garbage that was left was accumulated over the 2 months from above units. They understood. Good Luck to anyone renting here I won’t even start on the cockroaches. I will never rent here again even if I do move back to the Las Vegas area."
"Beautiful apartments , but the tenants here are so nasty and trifling.. There is dog poop everywhere in front/back of the building, people will let there dogs poop in the elevators and everything, there should be no animals allowed in the complex since people aren’t mature enough or clean enough to clean up after them properly… hopefully they start giving peoples fines soon bc it’s getting ridiculous!!! Either that or no animals period……"
"Let me start off by saying Linda is amazing in the leasing office she really goes out of her way to meet the needs of the residents. My new apartment is great extremely clean, beautiful views. The floor I’m on is very quiet the neighbors are friendly. The place is affordable. Maintenance staff are very quick and reliable. With any older building there will be issues but so far the apartment I’m in is in great condition."
"Sept 2023 Update - you get what you pay for... a roof over your head. I wish I could post the video of my kitchen flooding because the owners will not finish the plumbing upgrades. There are more roaches than residents regardless of how often pest control comes to your unit. I broke my lease because things have gone downhill since last October when, yet another, property management group was introduced to oversee the building. Yes the building was old and we had unruly residents when Cushman and Wakefield ran the property, but at least I saw security patrolling and people doing their jobs to keep things maintained. Also, the laundry rooms and common areas were cleaned OFTEN. Now it seems the minimum is being done to keep Code Enforcement away. Too bad - This is a great location with nice sized units, but the place is deteriorating faster than before. It should be demolished to help with the roach infestation. 10/7/2023 - Sir or ma'am - improvements take time? I lived on the property nearly 3 years and the management of the building has caused the increased deterioration. How long does it take to dig a ditch to prevent water from penetrating the exterior walls of a building? That rock diverting the water won't last long - You ever heard of the Grand Canyon? Potential Residents - please do not believe that those are " durable granite countertops" - those are laminates that are peeling and in need of replacement. Lots of lying going on at this property."
