"I will be a resident within the next few weeks and I'm excited! Mrs. Regina immediately was informative, helpful and kind.. she reassured me, honestly everything she said, has happened.. Macey as well! Both very reassuring, which overall gives you comfort in doing business with them. Now, I have NOT seen my actual apartment YET- so I shall return to this review after I do.. Im definitely inspector gadget, you can count on me with explaining in detail how they clean and prepare for their new tenants!~ UPDATE: Anything that was not ready, they rapidly fixed.Overall this property is beautiful, peaceful and worth the price. "STAY AWAY !!!!!!! BAIT & SWITCH These apts are not in Henderson, they are in LAS VEGAS !!! & believe the reviews about the ROACHES & CRICKETS !!! also know these are NOT LUXARY APTS !! maybe 10 years ago these were nice , but they are outdated. These apts offer nice layouts & it's a shame they can not get ride of the infestation. Crickets maybe. But ROACHES that's just atrocious !! They are a part of your life no matter how clean you are there. For 1500 and more these apts should be over looked due to that ."

"I’ve lived here at arzano since June of 2021 and i have to say it’s been pretty nice being here. The apartments are very spacious and most units have a garage which is awesome …and my neighbors are very friendly. As other reviews have said, crickets in the summer time pretty much everywhere but i always see pest control and you can have them spray your unit every Monday if you like. I mean it’s the desert and bugs come with that. I live towards the front of the complex and the people driving down Boulder sometimes have loud cars and the hospital is one light down so occasionally i hear sirens but it hasn’t bothered me too much. The office staff is always nice and the management is always friendly. I’ve never had a problem with maintenance requests typically done the same day. People don’t really bother you here so it’s been relaxing living here. Hoping to stay another year or two if rent doesn’t go up too much."
