"Homeless people everywhere! Not a safe area day or night. Do not rent here, small disgusting apartments. Even the people that live here are not the best kind of people. Avoid at all cost. Think of yours and your family's safety."

"They tell you they'll get back to you with the issue, but never do. 1. Took my $850 securty deposit, said it was $450 then charged me "cleaning fees." Total I got back was $45.50 2. Told me I had to provide a doctor's note to transfer to a downstairs apartment because of a disability. I provided it but still did not get a transfer even though theres vacant apartments."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE BY ANY MEANS : This place has terrible/unprofessional management . Every building is INFESTED with roaches . INFESTED with scorpions and rather than fumigate , you will be put on a list for spray which in turn will only cause critters to disperse from it within your apartment . the central of the complex is INFESTED with pigeons/cats due to the burnt down building that the property decides to do nothing with long before or after ive moved in all while raising rent . residents feed the cats and pigeons contributing to the overall infestation . Homelessness is rampant in this area and often you will find people sleeping 10 feet from your door and trash strewn in the street from dumpsters. If you do move here . HOME SECURITY IS A MUST . At the least renters insurance due to the fact these geniuses dont offer to even tell people about it knowing the area ."

"The staff's mannerism is very professional and has been very helpful to us. We saw that the property was clean and that it was a good plus for us. Finally , we were very happy to see that the Sonoma Hill Apartment Complex was seen to be a quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would have liked to see in the unit or unit's is a hook up for a ("Wash Machine and Dryer ") ; that is my only downside about ("Sonoma Hill Apartment Complex") , for me."

"Maintenance comes right away to fix my issues , only I can agree with is the pool is closed at 5 which is a inconvenience for people who work . The laundry mat is disgusting . But I don’t have a roach problem at all , my area is very quite my neighbors are nice . I would say when calling the office the phone manners are rude . One main thing is when they ask for entry , if u say I’m home which means I’m home . They will say so no entry then , which is inappropriate. If I’m home why would I want someone opening my door . My experience other than that is great , everything is local . It’s a very quite community"
