The office manager horrible my first apartment horrible and got flood after I told them it was a problem my second apartment because the had to move me the toilet backs up and has flood my bedroom more than I can count the sewage backs up into the bathroom there are roaches and people stealing cars DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!"

"My experience was horrible the manager I feel is racist and I’m not one to go there or say that about someone. Everytime I provided paperwork that was holding up my application she came up with another issue after another after another. I asked for my 50 dollars application fee back and get this the last issue was my credit and I know my credit score is a 750 or higher. God spared us both by denying my application because it probably wouldn’t had turned out to be a good situation. The apartments flood on the lower levels and I was damn desperate for an apartment, so yes God had better plans for me when my application was denied.The manager feels inferior to black women just because she’s brown too doesn’t mean she supports other brown and black races."

"Rude , tends to lecture tenants about having to “drop everything” to tend to a serious issue. I may have posted a review about this place before. anyhow aside from the murders, roaches, pests, lack of professionalism from the staff and lack of apartment complex up keep. My brother lost everything during the monsoon. His roof caved in and destroyed everything. So he is staying with us temporarily. He tried calling the office only for the office staff member to chew him out when all he wanted was the roof to be fixed. This isn’t the first time he has issue with the apartment and it’s staff. His AC was out for almost a month during the heat wave they said they’d get to him but no information was given as to when he first spoke to them. He has receipts for every call and interaction. He may have to take legal action. The sooner the better. Places like the Hampton should be responsible for the outer up keep of the apartment complex. You pay crazy amounts for lousy apartments Update: My brother got the local news to come out and do a piece on the Hampton s. About an hour or so because the scent in the air caused them to have to leave the apartment to get some air. The associate from the office was extremely rude to my brother threatening to remove the stuff that was able to be saved Today my brother’s car was almost stolen. These apartments are worn down and crime ridden. Save your money and find a better place"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Been here almost a year and my family regrets it!!! Pipe burst a few months ago by building 7, 1st floor was flooded! We now have roaches as a result, yet they have the nerve to say they won’t pay for pest control we have to!! Then our ac went out for 3 weeks mid heat wave! Then again a month later. Oh our washer stopped working and it took 3 weeks for them to get us another one! Yes it’s cheap, but please save your money and go elsewhere, it’s not worth it!!!"

"I just moved here and my shower is really bad I see the reviews and there is a bathroom that the floor went down and some boys foot went threw Ok I’m requesting. Them fix my bathroom and they tell me there just going to add more caulking to the bathroom and I’m requesting they take all the old caulking and add fresh one but they don’t want to this is how my bathroom is looking I moved here November 25th 2022 And it’s Dec 14th 2022 and this is my bathroom right now I have little kids I’m scared one of my kids fall or get hurt then what’s going to happen if they do get hurt mind you this I’m on the 3rd floor But here is the bathroom I hope they come solve my issue before someone gets hurt in my home and all this escalate And there is the video he just came and re added more caulking to the shower like that’s gonna help his words were this is what we do here we don’t redo anything they will just tell me to add more caulking and that’s it"
