"I've lived at Pacific Harbors for 2 years now and we've been through numerous managers that didn't answer phones and if they did answer the phone they would just tell me anything to get me off the phone. They never addressed any maintenance issues for weeks if not months. It was a constant battle just to get small things accomplished. Ever since the new manager Tiffany Ahl took over everything has been smooth when dealing with maintenance and any other issues. I'm so happy they finally found a manager that takes pride in making sure the residents needs are addressed. Before Tiffany took over I would have told anyone not to rent here but now I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet and decent apartment community. Thank you Tiffany"
"Upstairs neighbor apartment flooded into my apartment , the way things were handled was not good , alot of run around and finger pointing end game was me living in chaos for 3 weeks wouldn't recommend anyone move here just based on how they treated us when all we did was pay our rent on time, never bother anyone but asked that they treat us like human beings , smh really disappointed in the handling of something that could and should have been handled better and that corporate woman Karen COULD and SHOULD have done BETTER , had renters insurance but did what i was told to do go to neighbors policy due to flooding from her unit , her company said the apt was responsible , point was my living conditions were awful and a health hazard when i asked for concession it was denied because of poor communication on there behalf , i was offered money and when i stated it wasn't even enough to cover my deductible , without even speaking to me Karen from corporate TOOK BACK THE OFFER , i can't wait to move out of here ,should've known when they pulled a bait and switch when i first moved in here. But when you work hard for your money you know what it's worth and this isn't it ,this never should've been handled this way , pics included in this review.....so i moved out left place immaculate they said i only have$150 deposit instead of the $400 i paid them said i might not get that back i have pics i left place in great condition, they didn't return any money and said i owed them for cleaning you can see by the pics the place was left spotless , i wouldn't recommend anyone rent from them"
"Please stay away. The cheaper costs are hidden in the ineptitude of this business. You're better off renting somewhere else. Issues were not addressed at all. They went through managers in my 1 year duration. Nobody was ever at the office when you needed them. Mold in my carpet upon my move in they did nothing about. Air conditioning unit went out during summer and it took them 4 days to even get someone out there, and had to Saturday at hotel. So frustrated, I paid my own hotel fees because of it. Mailbox always broken into and they said it was the USPS fault. So i never got mail sent there packages were blatantly stolen out of box with key and picks bent inside mailbox. Nothin was done. Great story, our first day in, our toilets clogged. Why? Because the "carpet cleaning" guys used paper towels to wipe their ass. They had to "unclog" the toilet with a maintenance guy. Toilet never flushed the same again. Always backup and clogged once a week. So we had to own two plungers because either would happen so often. That was our life at Pacific harbors. Hope they don't turn off the water to the building unexpectedly without notice. At least 4 times... By the way, upon move out, they will send a bill for everything they are not going to do. Carpet cleaning, (it's a given $85) apartment cleaning $85, tub resurfacing$250 which they didn't do upon move in anyway, apartment painting $160 which they didn't because I saw all the pink pencil marks still on the wall where they patched. It like paying another months rent."
