"DO NOT work with this apartment. I paid $150 to apply for an apartment here got approved for one of their classic 3 bedroom apartments. Has a move in set and everything only for them to tell me that I do not qualify anymore because they will no longer be making any of the classic models. They said I would have to upgrade to one of their more expensive models which I would not qualify for because I dont make enough income. They didn't know they weren't making anymore classics when I applied? And when they mentioned them during the tour when they showed me the apartment less than a week ago? They told me to go to their website and choose which apartment I wanted from the units and availability posted on their website and that is what I did. I would have gone to another apartment that I liked had I known they didn't have an availability so I should be entitled to all money back. Abigail told me, no we are denying your app because you don't qualify for the more expensive units. No I didn't apply for the more expensive units. I applied got classic. My application should be considered canceled because the leasing staff was not up front about what was available. They are running a scam here just taking people's money and not being honest. BEWARE. There are plenty of other apartments you can deal with. UPDATE: When I contacted the manager, she did not make anything right. Wish I could talk to someone over the people in the leasing office at Arium Meadows."

"So since new management bought the apartments i do see they are trying to clean this place up i have been here 6 years and from when i first moved in until now it had drastically gotten worse maintenance never comes bums are everywhere sneaking into apartments grass is dead trash everywhere pools were closed all last summer gym always smelled due to kids hanging out late night smoking in there. All the equipment is broken. Was promised a carpet cleaning at renewal have never gotten it. I really hope these new owners switch it up and make some good changes. I see they have security and planting new plants i hope the grass and gym are next. Maintenance has came within two days of my request which is a very positive thing. Fingers crossed they trying to really change things around and bring it back to how it was when i first moved in or better"

"Abigail made us feel welcomed and gave us a detailed property tour. Vanessa was also very helpful over the phone. Renovated units look beautiful and not thrown together like many other properties we have toured. Look forward to hopefully calling this place our Home in the near future."

"Under new management it's a total difference. Maintenance request completed next day versus 6 months with previous management. So far so good. Great seeing the apts improving. Staff is very helpful and understanding."

"My car was stolen in broad daylight and the leasing office is doing nothing about it. They have no security and no cameras, the pools are disgusting, and the gym is closed off. The gates are always open and this is just the beginning. This is the worst place to live if you want to be safe. UPDATE 9/4/23 My car was stolen AGAIN! The pool has been closed down for months, there is still no security (which is desperately needed), the grass is dead, and the walkway is surrounded by overgrown bushes. I sprained my ankle trying to avoid being smacked in the face with those branches. I no longer feel safe here and look forward to leaving. Please for your own safety, AVOID THIS PLACE!"
