"Apartments are nice but management is a scammer!!!!!!! She rents to people then lies about the paperwork and then kicks people out. She is rude, inconsiderate. Don't bring your small children here cause they will try to physically throw them out with you!!!!! Unlawful. Unprofessional. Apartments are nice but not worth the scam she's running!!!!!"

"I would not recommend ever moving here. Me and my husband moved here in April and it has been a mess since we moved in. The apartment we are in has a refrigerator that has a smell of something that died in it. They have been replacing it since we got her. We had a really bad rain storm in September of this year. Our apartment flooded we informed the office. It is now October and they still have done nothing. They want to move our apartment which is a no, because this place is roach infested and we are not taking that chance. They want to put us at Boulder Station with all the homeless people and bed bugs. Me and my husband at this point want out of our lease. They won't let us."

"Trash! The people in the office don’t care about you, I think they try to but the amount of stuff they need to work on here dosnt allow them to do anything. Currently paying a Maintance fee while there is no maintenance team on site, all while the apartment grounds are trashed so what are they fixing? The kids all play right outside my apartment with no security and they play in the dirty dog park (that’s never cleaned because of the no maintance) and because there kid park is a broken swing set! They took my fire extinguisher for maintance but haven’t had it in a week? I hope my place dosnt catch on fire with out it! Also the pool is always locked and being fixed and their pool hours aren’t even real because it’s only open when they want and when they let you through the office not the ppl gates. Yes cheap rent or free month offer isn’t worth it tho!!! Also utilities are included but you have to pay a utility billing fee? So they charge you for charging you!?"

"I wouldn’t recommend moving here never ever! I moved here because we where saving for house. The neighborhood is pretty rough and trash on every corner but we figured keep to ourselves. The apartment they rented me has water leaking in the flooring, it was never cleaned from previous tenant and not to mention it’s infested with roaches. I asked to be moved to another complex because the property company owns quite a few but was denied. They don’t complete work orders for maintenance. Police in the complex daily. The office manager walks around with a security guard 24/7 whenever he or she leaves the office. Since I moved here my kids refuse to play outside because they don’t feel safe. All they do is lie. I attached pictures of how my unit looked when I moved in. Horrible place to live just horrible"
