"I’ve lived here for 3 years and previous property management was a joke, who had no real care for their tenants. Things would randomly happen such as property being stolen, cars being vandalized and fighting over parking and basically be told to deal with it. Also the amenities you pay for were never available (the gym and pool was never open). Since Aaron has taken over things has progressively changed for the better. Aaron actually cares for the tenants and the property and making a difference. Aaron is a man with a plan, he’s so nice and kind. You guys are in good hands with Aaron."

He is has such a wonderful personality and always quick to respond and take care of any and all of my concerns and questions with a true empathy that is very rare now a days. When I first began my lease the place was in mediocre condition and since Aaron has taken over there has been major improvements. They installed cameras throughout the property ensuring the safety of the residents, Overall I gave it a five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love it everyone keeps to their self & complex is very quiet I am proud to say I live here."

"My Name is Mr. Clark, I have lived here for 9 years, over the years we have had several different owners, property management, and maintenance crews, all of which have been terrible until NOW!!!! We now have Aaron & Michelle in the front office who are very professional, super helpful & friendly all while getting things down in a timely fashion plus when you finish interacting with them you feel heard and respected each and every time, and last but not least we have our new maintenance crew Alfonso & Alex, these two gentlemen show up ASAP they don't jimmy rig your stuff in your home, they actually do the job right, they repair your problem completely or replace it with a brand new item, they are quick and precise very professional they don't leave a mess they walk you through everything they did make sure you're satisfied and leave your home better than it was before they entered it. I am truly impressed and greatly appreciative of our new property management team and maintenance crew I just want to say thank you very much and keep up the good work and I now definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you're looking for a new home"
