"I have lived here for going on 5 years. I have seen ithe apartments go through multiple changes, ownership, and staff. The current staff is friendly, fast and provide efficient communication, and unlike prior staff, tries on a regular basis to bring community moral up (toy give away for kids during the holidays with cocoa bar, neighborhood watch meetings, and an upcoming vision board party are just a few) Grounds are kept up as well as possible considering not all tenants feel the need to clean up after themselves, pets, or children. It is not only the apartment's responsibility to maintain the upkeep but they stay on top of it. I cannot speak for others but in my experience, maintenance responds to requests quickly. They have definitely made my 5 years here go by quickly."

"Do not waste your time moving in. Recently moved out due to residents having house parties every day even on weekdays can't get no sleep. No consideration to other residents downstairs from them. Always turns into someone fighting in the parking lots. Residents will BBQ in front of your door and throw party right by your downstairs patio.Office doesn't do anything about it. No Security to stop and calm party goers down from fights. You would think it's a quiet place to live from the front but no. People play music all day from their cars in the parking lots. Apartment will be half finished when you move in. Calling for maintenance next day. Not worth your time especially if you have small kids who go to school in the mornings they will not get any sleep. Look somewhere else! I promise it'll save you a lot of money. You'll move out in a month tops! Apartment is segregated white in the front, Latinos in the middle, and African American in the back.. Now tell me that's not racist!"
