"Very interesting place to live… dogs barking all hours of the night because people don’t know how to be a responsible pet owner, domestic violence in almost every building surrounding my unit, inconsiderate neighbors who scream & yell. My car got broken into because the lights are out in the parking area , my unit wasn’t cleaned before I moved in, I was cleaning and unpacking the day I moved in , water damage to my ceiling , my bathroom floor is old and pretty much peeling up due to previous water damage thats never been addressed. Trash day is awful , it’s like none of it goes into a trash can or truck just piled and thrown around in the middle of the street. Have to call the office on a *67 number because they forward all of the residents calls into an endless cycle of recorded messages. They’re friendly at the office but unhelpful. There’s only 3 of them up there so it’s not entirely their fault since they’re understaffed. It’s truly a nightmare. They want you to make 3x the rent and it’s not even worth the rent they charge. RPM living is possibly one of the worst management companies I’ve ever experienced."

"while the office staff and maintenance staff are friendly, the property is in ill repair. Security gates are broken (thankfully in open position) and have been for several months. App to open the fitness center door is not working so access to the fitness center has been restricted and access needs to be given by staff who are seldom in the office. The lights in my daughter's parking area are not working, it is so dark that delivery drivers do not want to come to the apartment, and thieves take advantage, her car was broken into and they attempted to steal it, it is like something from a scary movie - These are all services that are paid for, additional charges monthly are added for common area electric, water, ?gas?, and while it is normal for things to break it should not take 3+ months and counting to repair."

"I am moving out next month and I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. The have lowered the pricing of the cost to live here and I understand the reason why. The place is very unsafe, a lot of fighting between residents, personal fighting. While living here we have experienced our neighbors were running around with guns out threatening to shoot people. The management does nothing to help the residents that have been here. Maintenance issues have not been fixed in months, all of the apartments have roaches. if you want to live and be afraid and not clean apartments, this is your place."

"Squatters Everywhere. Outside building 1,2 and 3. Management put picnic tables and grill. out there and it was a bad idea. Now we have a permanent BBQ/Party Right outside our doors. My kids cant study and visiting guests thinks this is the standard. Additionally Homeless people have built a new camp complete with electricity right at the exit gate pushed up against building 1. And nobody cares. If you can afford to live at The Tides on Trop you can afford to live in a far better place than this. Explore those options."

"I lived here for about a year me and my husband enjoyed our time here the office was super understanding of all situations. The maintenance people were incredible and knew what they were doing. The pool was closed for the entirety of the time we were there. The environment itself was pretty nice there was some people that you don't necessarily living close to you just bringing problems with them. The gaming area is usually pretty hot but the games in there are nice. Unfortunately we feel like something was wrong wiring wise we were constantly at work but our electric bill was $400 so who knows but other than that a nice apartment for our experience."
