"We took a tour of the property. We liked the three bedrooms,they are spacious and have washer and dryer. The property is nice, clean and well kept. The girl at the office, Jasmine, was nice, very detailed oriented and very helpful. Looking forward to move in soon."

"Neiders company and management are the worst, they are never in the office, never answer the phone during business hours and even if you leave them a voicemail, they never respond back. This also goes for corporate, they never answer. The maintenance are very lazy at their job, they always rush the job, which causes them to keep coming back to fix the same exact problem and keep making excuses, such as “I have other things to do.” Management never knows what happens at the apartment complex since they do not have any security cameras especially at Stanley Apartments/Alpha Villas so we had to keep ourselves accountable for our own security measures where we had to install our own security cameras. They only have security cameras at Alpha Gardens and the managers/leasing agent’s tv monitor for the cameras is above and behind their desk so I don’t understand how they are watching the cameras when it is behind their head. So much damages has been done to my vehicles, such as my windshield completely shattered, damaged my hood and multiple scratches on my doors, which occurred from the tenants who live there and children who play around the vehicles and children jumping over the wall, where management did NOTHING to prevent it from happening again and just told me to call police but police doesn’t come when the incident is not severe. We lived there for 10 years and we decided to move out just recently and we gave a 30-day notice since that is the right thing to do and we moved out exactly on the last day of the month and they still charged us $300+ because according to whoever provided authorization to enter the unit said we stayed 8 days over the 30 days when all of our utilities were transferred out on an earlier date before the 30th day and our gas and electricity bill were cut off exactly on the 30th @ 8a. We tried returning the key to the manager/leasing agent on the 30th but like always they were not there so we went back again later in the day and they were still not there but maintenance were present and when we tried talking to them, Jorge (maintenance worker) was ignoring us so the other maintenance worker acknowledged us but couldn’t understand us so he asked Jorge to talk and he said we could leave the key to him but we can’t trust them. This was a Friday and the next day was a weekend so obviously they are closed and the upcoming Monday was a holiday so they are closed, so just because we returned the key late on the 5th, as it is not our fault this company is short staffed and does not post any notices JUST phone numbers, thinking we SHOULD IMPLY that they are short staffed, they charged us for the 8 days of “living there” WITHOUT any electricity and gas in the summertime in the desert. They also charged us for carpet cleaning and a cleaning fee when NO WHERE on the contract says that we needed to pay for a professional cleaner to clean the unit once we move out. On the contract it says it NEEDS to be CLEANED but NOT professionally cleaned. But in reality, living there for 10 years, nothing will be sparkly clean nor it will be in the same condition when it was brand new. Everything ages, believe it or not LOL. Then I talked to Sal to get this situated and he tells me I need PROOF that we moved out on the 30th like who in the world thinks of taking pictures or creating videos of leaving an apartment, that’s super bizarre to me and the proof of returning the key is not enough evidence. This is the first time this ever happened to me in all the years I’ve been renting. As for the cleaning and for the carpet cleaning, I can 100% guarantee that they have renovated the unit once we moved out, where the carpet is completely removed and there’s no carpet to clean so that right there shows that they will find ways to just eat your money. All in all, I wouldn’t even give any stars for the Neiders and these properties since they will just want to eat your money even if you do the right thing when you move out. So glad we decided to move out. I do not recommend anyone living here unless you want to be fooled."
"OFFICE STUFF ARE ALWAYS ON LUNCH OF MEETINGS , IN MY 6 MONTHS LEASE I ALWAYS HAD PROBLEMS TO PAY THE RENT BECAUSE NOBODYS IS IN THE OFFICE AND NOBODY ANSWER PHONE CALLS AND TO REPORT A APARTMENT ISSUE NOBODY ANSWER EIGHTER , CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE EVEN WORSE NOBODY ANSWER SEND U STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL ,, AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER HIS NEVER AVAILABLE . HAPPY IM MOVING OUT IM GETTING A HOUSE BUT MY REALTOR BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE OFFICE FOR REFERENCE 4 DAYS CALLING AND NOBODY ANSWERRRRRRR"
"Office staff is never there to answer phones or accept any walk ins but let me be late on rent a day or two and get a letter slapped on my door asap ! so far it’s been a week since one of my appliance’s have been down, have yet to have anyone come by and check it out and it happens all the time. Good place to stay at just unprofessional management here."
