"Roach and bed bug infested. They make plenty of WORK ORDERS then I guess shreds them because they disappear.. When they are ready for you to leave THEY ARE READY FOR YPU TO LEAVE no matter rent in hand or not . Maria is NOT PROFESSIONAL she walks around taking pictures of porches instead of fixing the interior they are more focused on the exterior and let’s not talk about the pool that’s NEVER OPEN not even in 116 degree weather.. The hot water is iffy well WATER is iffy period you may wake up to no water for 6 hours with no explanation they use wall paint for the tubs and kitchen wood cabinets are eating alive by termites. let’s not forget how hot the cold water gets even in the toilets …You aren’t allowed to barbecue but all the appliances are infested with roaches instead of getting new appliances they swap them from unit to the next with cleaning they share germs and roaches …. No wether strips on the doors so I’ve found 3 lizards under my living room tv stand and let’s not forget the Bisted window I received while visiting New York 2 weeks ago this place needs to be shut down. They spend more time fixing paper work they charge you 50$ for yes paper work then actual labor we have mold that we’ve complained about for a year and I swear if the pandemic wasn’t at place we would have been moved but today is the last Shabbang I’m complaining to every listening ear in Las Vegas this has to be stopped"

"I have lived here in Cedar Village for almost 2 years. They take forever to fix anything and the roaches are terrible .. Rosa is not to be trusted. She buys food stamps from her tenants! So if you need yo sell them she will buy them from you. Their boss is naive, she doesn't know what is going on. She needs to be more verbal with tenants. My next door neighbor had bed bugs and they did nothing to help her get rid of them. Be careful and call the housing authority on them as I have recommended to other tenants.. Hopefully your blessed to live elsewhere."

"Only been here two months and this apartment building is infested with roaches i mean bad this gets real. I be scared to turn the lights off. I'm uncomfortable in my own house. Management very poor they seem to care less about all these damn roaches. I'm ready to move already, I'm paying rent for me and the roaches. Roaches seem more comfortable then me and my children . They need to shut this whole building down and relocate everybody in his apartment building. It don't make no sense all these roaches is living in apartment with you. They come to spray for roaches which after they do that leaves them dead everywhere and my baby picked up one and ate it. I can't deal the roaches are taking over. They deep in here RAID do not work. So i have to put down sticky traps. But that's embarrassing i invite company over and they have to see that i have roaches and I'm not the reason they living with me"
