"Great place for a Veterans to live temporarily to get your life back on track. I would have given 5 stars but the one negative aspect for thisfacility is they tend to over supervise and don't always treat you like an adult.."
"I am a current resident. I was placed here after I willingly became homeless due to my wife being an insufferable sociopath... I've been to other veteran assistance facilities and this is hands down the best you can do. Other tenants are self-governed, quiet, and mindful. When you arrive, you are given a large trash bin filled with hygiene and home cleaning products, eating utensils, bedding, and socks, as well as a large bag of food. You get your own room equipped with a full, separate bathroom, comfy, plastic-wrapped twin bed, fridge, stove/oven, kitchen sink, and AC unit that works a little too well. On-site laundry is free with a unit usually available. Food is served for lunch and dinner in the community room. The comm. room is equipped with vending machines and a large screen TV stuck on some sportsball channel. Staff is always on site and hit or miss with accommodations. Personal accountability rains true here. Check in time is simply just initialing and documenting your time as long as it's before 2:30 p.m. really? I don't think you could do better or ask for more"
"Stayed here for 6 months starting this January 2020 while having little to no income. The location is in the ghetto part of town but the building is gated, well maintained and I never had any issues. Very thankful although some of the staff do make it feel more like a mental ward it’s what you make of it. Provides everything you need when down on your luck including two meals a day. Definitely the best shelter I every stayed at and hopefully the last."
"I lived here for 18 months in 2015-16. This place saved my life. Best homeless veterans facility ever. I hope everything there is OK."
"All of my family is in Las Vegas and I would like to join them if possible. But I'm 1700 miles away and as hard as I try I can't come up with the tremendous amount of money required to move"
