"i don’t know where i should begin... okay for ONE the neighbors are extremely loud and rude. i ask the neighbor to please turn down her music and she doesn’t turn it down, she purposely turns it up and then breaks my window out. SECONDLY, do not get me started on the roach infestation. roaches everywhere no matter where you go, and we have been getting big ones too. i regret moving here"

"WOW!! Where do I begin? In sequence of events: -The landlord raised my rent 10 extra dollars from the original Craig list posting. 575.00/month to 585.00/month before I sign lease. -Always a problem with his computer. Not printing the receipts right. Or he'd use the excuse of updating the software for printing. -He stated that the walls were efficient enough to NOT have sound travel thru. -When I moved in, The toilet was clogged terribly and he couldn't get a handy man in time before the weekend. -Even the people that stayed on the bottom level from me were being obnoxious and conniving. -Their were homeless people that stayed in the unsecured laundry below me. They would smoke weed and the smell would linger into my apartment. The washers and dryers rarely worked. -The water heater for Unit #9 is located in the laundry room.....And when I didnt have any hot water.....the landlord didnt have the unit fixed. I used cold water for 3weeks. I boiled water to shower. It was an absolute terrible experience. I can only wonder what the current tenants are experiencing..... All in All, He's a slumlord, but his senior maintenance man was pretty cool. And to top it off, The area around the apartments are ragged and people walking around guns.....cocking them to scare people...... People talk and don't know facts. THESE ARE THE FACTS!!!!"
