"I would give zero stars if I could . It started out as a great place to live and got intolrtable!! There are pit bulls (2) that are not service dogs regardless of what their paperwork says and a few dogs that are definitely over 40lbs dog poop all over the place it's disgusting and only getting worse. I moved into a senior community wouldn't have to deal with punk kids who make false accusations. I had to go to the police 2 separate times to file reports. The manager Did nothing!! Think twice before moving here especially if you have a dog."

"Our Manager, Maggie Amador, lives on property and really cares for us,her tenants. Last week she was helping a elderly woman get started on a jigsaw puzzle in our clubhouse. We have weekly coffee and donuts. Maggie in her offtime helps others grocery shop. She helped me with new computer problem, helped me file govt papers and on and on !! She really helps us and cares. Always a happy smiling personality, willing to sincerely help us. !!!"

"I am in my 9th year of living at the Villas at Viking. In that time I have seen 3 managers, of which Maggie is by far the best, most helpful and competent one we have had. She goes above and beyond for her residents, when my husband became bed bound, Maggie contacted hospice and got him under their care. She wears many hats here, as she does not have an assistant because it is a small complex. She manages it all with good humor and a smile on her face. You cannot make everyone happy, but she tries. I consider her my friend and my family."
