"Good apartment their is so many kids and it's great for my son to play ieh other kids"
"The property has gotten worse and worse and going on 4 years here. This will be my last year here. Trash is always everywhere, they are letting anyone move in so music is playing loud at 2am and 3am from residents that mount there speakers outside like we all wanna hear it...we don't. Also I was lied to just to get me to sign another lease. I was told they would give me a screen door and screens on my windows. I wanted them since everyone new seems to move into an apartment with those already. I asked 12.14.23 and was told yes we will do that as concession ok cool, 12.15.23 I signed the lease. My lease went into affect 2.1.24 and have no screens on my window or my door. And they don't return emails or call. I have reached out at least 8 times asking and keep getting the run around. My sink leaks consistently and no real fix apparently...maintenance been here 4 times for same sink in the last month or so. The heat and ac don't circulate the whole apartment well. Must invest in fans and space heater for the winter months for the two smaller rooms...oh and I was told by maintenance "well the units are old and on opposite side of apt so it don't reach as well".....well that sounds like a Westland problem not mine. We get fined for having a bike on the patio....wait they expect us to keep them in the house....crazy!!!! The water is turned off once a week in different units. Often we don't get 24 hours notice because the man who delivers the papers has his music blaring while sliding the papers in our doors so we know when we get the papers. Oh and I decided to lease my washer and dryers this year and that was a pain in the rear end and I ended up with very old and used washer and dryer and I have to tape my dryer closed to use it cause the latch is broken. Anyone considering this place please look else where maybe avoid the whole Westland properties all together. Thanks for reading. Maintenance guys are very nice though but they can only do so much. Its the poor management that lies and deceits people to get the vacant apartments rented and get more renewals of the lease. Hopefully they don't kick me out for this poor review but we shall see!"
"Don’t apply ! They make you pay online and it’s non refundable. Even your holding deposit. As hard as it is to find a place and you taken people money should be a crime . I have good rental history last 5 to 6 years . Over 600 score and denied and money taken from me."
"I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE VERY UNSAFE!!! In the past two weeks there has been two shootings in the neighborhood. If you are leased in the front just get use to the lights being outside your window and the helicopter roaming over your head. Cars and apartments get broken into on a regular and nothing had been done. Told to call the cops to make a report. Cops seen more then often in complex there is something always occurring. No security has been implemented to make you feel safer. And there is homeless on the daily snooping through the complex, trash, and balconies. They are sometimes on drugs acting out or this one instance carrying kitchen knife in pants pocket roaming the area. Managements is always changing on the regular. The area is getting worse and worse. Be ready to have cameras around your apartment along with sticks and locks on your windows."
"It’s 94 degrees in our apartment, I have a toddler that shouldn’t be experiencing this level of heat in the supposed comfort of his own home… let alone the rest of my family as well. I’ve requested emergency assistance for a maintenance man to fix our air conditioning unit… and was told to be patient, I also asked for an ETA and was told they don’t have one. This is the second time the air conditioner broke and it looks like it was Mickey Moused before… The air ducts are not cleaned out and we can’t request services from any 3rd party air conditioning company unless it’s provided and approved by the leasing department themselves but that’s unfortunate because the leasing office is always closed especially on business days. Why are we paying the amount rent we pay for no emergency assistance or no amenities (no pools, no air conditioning, no service.) to keep us cool in this Las Vegas heat… I had walked outside to see 2 gentleman that stay in here sitting outside instead of in their apartment, one man was with his 2 children one infant and toddler because their air conditioner is not fixed or replaced. This is not safe or healthy at all and not worth the amount of rent we pay."
