"I have been here since late 2022. I have not had any bug issues. Service request used to be answered very quickly and the maintenance workers were professional. The new management and staff DO NOT respond. The new managment/staff doesn't do anything about the homeless breaking into cars or digging through the trash. This apartment complex used to be nice,affordbale,and safe. I have requested my dishwasher to be fixed since December and nobody has come to fix it. This place used to be a 4/5. Now, its barely a 2. Management and staff DO NOT RESPOND."

"I have lived here 4 years since this company took over it is terrible. Now I have a mother with 4 small kids living above me on the 2nd floor. The kids run all day and into the night until around 11 or 12 p.m. I work at 4 am from home and all day they are making so much noise running wild. I don't even know why this place would rent to 4 children and a mother in a 1 bedroom apt and then to put them on the 2nd floor is just stupid and asking for a lawsuit when one of the kids falls on the stairs. There are so many issues with this complex the extra fees they charge are just crazy. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Go to another community around they don't care about anything here but keeping all apts rented so they rent to drug dealers and anybody they can. There is no security and NO CAMERAS!! What apt community doesn't have cameras this day and age. Dog poop everywhere nobody can be held accountable because there are no cameras. My car has been broken into and if any package is left by the door you will never get it. Homeless people wander all around day and night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!"

"Zero stars. Lived here for 2 years start to finish the experience was horrible Finally able to move away rather live in the hood For the price the value isn’t there Update: did reach out to management after they commented on this review- never heard back from them and it’s been 2 weeks They also lost my mail packages because the office is completely unorganized 1. Repairs take forever - even if the repair man is really nice - my apartment flooded because a bad pipe in the washer the first week and it took a week to repair 2. Management still does not give any considerate to tenants concerns Always too busy to help or listen I had to take a issue about a squatter all the way to the cooperate level to only get the run around there Manger will lie to your face and hold you responsible They just want to take as much of your money as they can They over charge me 3x for a transfer to a smaller unit Do not rent from them- emerald and April are very nice but unfortunately they have zero power to help with any real issue 3. They encourage tenants to get renters insurance and security deposit through epremium and it doesn’t cover anything and it over charges you Just get your own renters insurance and pay the security deposit if you have the misfortune of already signing a lease 4. Neighbors are great but lots of break in and absolutely no security patrol The only good thing is the don’t harass you about much - they just send out emails, so don’t expect much in the way of getting neighborhood compliance"

"This experience is solely based on the service and help provided by April and partially, Emerald. Issues with our apartment have already risen and will update accordingly - given the opportunity to resolve. Our experience from application to move in was wonderful all thanks to April. It’s not often you run into people who enjoy what they do and are so knowledgeable. April, through our entire application process to lease signing (and after) has been there every step of the way. Even with the problems that have already risen- she has really tried to above and beyond. Truly a gem!"

"Worst complex, maintenance don’t ever respond but will mark your requests as complete. My apartment has been infested with roaches since my move in date of March 2023. But I was monthly being charge for pest control. Mail boxes have gotten broken into and still won’t upgrade for security mail boxes. The “remodel” they say is total flake, my walls have been peeling off, paint job is horrible, there’s stains on the high ceilings of hand marks, baseboards are cracked, side walls/corners are stained. And don’t get me started with the kitchen everything is not new or cleaned! Worst freaking complex I’ve ever got and will not renew. Negative review for me. Highly highly don’t recommend y’all to pick this one look somewhere else fr"
