"This place is awesome, they take care of their tenants! Israel did an awesome job with maintenance Changed my mind! I very much am dissatisfied with these apartments, To expensive with so many problems! Management is never on the same page! Why are we paying for the office electricity and why is there a parking fee when it’s open parking and the whole neighborhood could park in here? I’m really sad because i know this place will never change its ways because they see nothing wrong with charging all these extra fees but yet hire cheat people to do quick jobs! I haven’t even been here for a year and I’ve had multiple problems with my "newly renovated apartment"!"

"I've had cockroaches for like 7 months now. It took a new employee at the front desk for any sort of movement, but I still have cockroaches. There's a bunch of extra fees added such as public pest control, public maintenance and public lighting on top of your own personal stuff. One of the members at the front desk is less than helpful, and you get no response online."

"Bri was very professional and welcoming. She showed us a couple of units that were nice and renovated, and the community is quiet. They are pet friendly with a nice little dog park and poop bag dispensers all over the property. All of my questions were answered and made for an easy move-in."
