"This review is personally for Dante, he’s one of the maintenance workers on the property and has been a life saver!! He’s always attentive and listens to any concerns you may have. He came to fix my dishwasher but I told him I felt something was wrong with the dryer, but maybe it’s me. He had no problem looking to make sure everything was okay and turn to find out the dryer was actually not set up correctly. He was able to fix the issue right then and there. Also with the dishwasher I first thought I figured out what was wrong with it and no longer needed help, but he followed up with me to make sure it was still working (turns out I didn’t actually figure anything out lol) and he came back to fix it. This is the third time he has come to my unit and was able to fix my issues."

"Today I had a chance to meet the maintenance man Donte and he did a wonderful job on my sister faucet. she had been having trouble with it and Donte came in fixed it and showed how to prevent it from happening again. He very polite and helpful."

"Five stars to Lilo and Omar!! Lilo is always so sweet and helpful when I come in or call. And I’m so thankful for Omar helping get an issue fixed with my tub, an issue that I’ve been trying to get fixed for over two years! There’s been three different office staff, and I’m not sure how many maintenance people, since I’ve lived here. I’ve worked in the apartment industry for over 20 years now ( ugh saying that makes me feel old. Lol ), and the people working here in the past acted liked they cared but never came through on the things they said…like calling or emailing you back, or getting important issues with your home fixed. I’m so happy for the team we finally have here, they really seem to want to make this community a nice place to live! Thank you, Lilo, for your sweet disposition and smile when helping me.
