"Food for thought… my rent was raised $200 last year and this year they’re raising it $350 and only offered a 6mo lease. No improvements yet it’s being raised by almost twice as much. It’s also roach infested. I pay for my own pest control and the roaches keep coming from other units."

"don’t move in to this place. run as fast as your legs can carry u. because this isn’t the best place to move in to. it’s sad how they don’t care about anything. they don’t come on time when u call them. they only care about fixing and cleaning outside. there is bugs in side the apartments and outside no matter how much they try to clean it. they just need to Remodel the whole place"

"This department complex is always beautifully cleaned, and decorated. The maintenance personnel is very nice and friendly. Ms. Vicky from the office is very attentive to everyone and is very kind. I’ve noticed a fantastic change in the overall look of the complex since the new supervisor Yosbel came to work here. He’s very friendly and always has a smile on his face. I really appreciate the people that work here. They’ve done a great job at keeping this are nice and clean for those who live here."

Not one and maintenance. neither true. everything takes a while but people want nothing to say jaa you have to run there are parts that should be ordered and that takes time."
