"The same people have lived here for a while, so it is a nice little area. Walt, the maintenance manager, is amazing. The place is clean. I’ve never had issues parking in the front public parking. I hardly see random people walking by. I don’t have Amazon issues. The neighborhood is quiet except for the mornings when the high schoolers are getting settled in. The walls are thin and the floors creak, so I recommend living upstairs. Overall, it’s a nice place to live :)"

"PROS: Small community, key gated, ideal location for those who like easy access to downtown area. CONS: Life is Beautiful is two blocks away and it congests traffic in the area HARD. Amazon delivery drivers can't access the community and usually throw boxes over the wall if they can't get in. Cars have been broken into in the designated parking. No cameras. Patrolling security is a joke, I've watched the guy speed at 20-30 mph through our alleyway. We've had our car broken into twice and another neighbor had an entire battery taken out of her car. We moved in at the beginning of March, and noticed an issue with cockroaches inside all of the rooms. I noticed the baseboards did not meet the floor and assumed this was where they were entering. The property gets sprayed outside and we requested inside also. Floors and walls are super thin. Paint in our tub peeled, had to be stripped and redone."
