My unit is very nice and the office was very helpful and courteous Cassandra helped me and i feel she went above and beyond to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new apartment"

"If I can give less stars I definitely would. I lived there for close to 9yrs. The only good thing about this place is that maintenance will show up, idk if they will completely fix your problems but they’ll definitely temporarily fix it. The current property manager is so nonchalant and disrespectful with a attitude. She’s sit in that office all day with the door closed or will hear you talking to her associates and won’t come out to address anything. The last few months of me staying there me and my young child was being harassed by one of her tenants and she did nothing but complain about what he’s done to her in the office. The man is still there til this day. He’s not only harassed me by his female neighbor too, that so happened to be a longtime friend. She also has young children. Roaches are very much present. I wasn’t really dealing with them the first few years but the nasty neighbor downstairs at the time brought all of them up to my unit and the stuff they sprayed was basically water. It was hard to even sleep. Break in / cars. The neighborhood was otherwise quiet. The appliances are very old. Mailbox break ins. The laundry room was just mess never worked flood break in by the teenagers. Property manager sending multiple mass text of minors in their bathing suits or on carports. Etc…. Just a mess think twice ….. it’s a good starter"

"You don't get the apt.they say you do. Nor do they do things like maintaince the way they should. Keys and laundry rooms hardly ever work laundry only has cold water and usually only 1 washer and dryer work. But you can't tell until you pay for it and you never get your money back. There is a work out room but nobody can use it. The pool is closed most of the time or so crowed you can't."

"I normally don't write reviews however residing here in Lake Sahara Apartments has been a very pleasant experience. I have some positive feedback about how the property is being run. Let's start off by saying management is very welcoming, Marisol always greets everyone and makes you feel like family. Whenever I have an order to put in, she gladly gets it going for me and I have maintenance outside my door within that day or the following day. Carmen is also very nice. When it comes to maintenance Kenneth gets my appliances up and running again he does a great job! Overall they keep the property clean and the pool is also in great shape. I also noticed we have security walking around at night which is great to have. :)"

"If you dont care about crime, roaches, scorpions, all kinds of pest including the office staff. This place is perfect for you. On summer the parking lot smells like fresh carcass. This place... leave it as the last resource, the place have no criteria when lease a unit, The experience living in here is very close to live under the freeway paying extorcion to keep your spot under the freeway. SMH"
