"I've lived here 10+ yrs. I'm very comfortable in my 2 bedroom apt. Office staff and maintenance are courteous and very quick to help with whatever I need. My apt is facing Maryland and I see cars and foot traffic all day. We've never had a problem here. Staff keep it clean outside."

"Love living here. The manager is very helpful and helps out a lot with any issues and the maintenance is Always ontop of any issues responding quick. Id recommended to friends for the price compared to other places isn’t bad."

"So glad we are finally moving out. The rent can fluctuate from 500 and up. Not bad right. Well it's obviously in homeless crackhead area. You cannot leave without protection. People like to use our stairs as toilets. And of course no matter how hard you try to keep roaches out you cannot succeed. The laundry mat has a key but they are always getting fixed. Any damages that need fixing take for ever. At first they were saying we didn't pay security deposit. Well so i took our original papers to show them we paid $400. Now we wait to have that mailed to us. We are moving out of state and obviously have no address for that at the moment. They also ask for $250 pet fee. Then $25 monthly after that. $400 + $250. Thats alot of cash to be waiting for in the mail till who knows when. The air conditioning in most the units are old and they will tell u buy a fan. Floors coming apart and they will tell u use a wet rag, don't get the floor too wet when moping. Doors are very thin and have hard time closing and opening. They will tell you that you will be on a long waiting list. Again this is a very bad area. DOORS SHOULD NEVER BE LEFT LAST PRIORITY. Wish i had the picture of my son freaking out because we sleep with roaches."
