"I recently moved from Louisiana, excited to start a new chapter closer to family. With high hopes, I visited an apartment complex, aiming to find a new home near my sister, who had just moved in there. She had informed me they had multiple units available, which was the sole reason for my visit. However, my experience was far from welcoming. Upon my arrival at 4:30 PM, understanding they close at 5 PM, I expected a brief but cordial interaction. Instead, I was met with attitudes that were not just rude but also dismissive, leading me to question if there were underlying prejudiced motives. The two ladies refused to show me any units, curtly informing me that nothing was available—a statement I knew to be untrue. I felt they were upset because I came in during them arguing with each other. “The older lady said to the younger one I don’t care if your my niece I’m still your boss”. While I acknowledge my timing was not ideal, the lack of basic courtesy was startling. There was no offer to schedule a visit for the next day or any attempt to accommodate my interest. Instead, I was left feeling unwelcome and valued less than other potential residents. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the complex but also on the principles of hospitality and kindness. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, deterring me from pursuing any interaction with this establishment in the future. It’s disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially when trying to make a significant life change. My sister wanted me to mention they are also taking forever to fix her bathroom. The shower heads do not work."

"Upon walking into the office, I was immediately greeted by two young ladies. Unfortunately, one of them displayed a rather passive-aggressive demeanor and seemed reluctant to assist me in my inquiry about renting. Her attitude bordered on being aggressive, which, regrettably, felt racially motivated to me. This was a disappointing and uncomfortable start to my visit. However, the experience took a positive turn when Sydney stepped in to assist us. She was the epitome of professionalism and kindness, a stark contrast to my initial reception. Sydney not only addressed all our queries with patience and enthusiasm but also showed genuine interest in making us feel welcomed and valued. She was incredibly polite and engaging with my younger son, who accompanied us, making our visit much more pleasant. As we viewed the unit, Sydney and my wife struck up a delightful conversation about potential decorating ideas. This personal touch added a warm and inviting atmosphere to the whole experience. It's commendable how Sydney managed to turn our visit around with her positive attitude and helpfulness. While the initial interaction left much to be desired, Sydney's exceptional customer service skills and friendly nature ultimately made our visit a positive one. It's my hope that the initial attitude I encountered isn't reflective of the company's values and that steps can be taken to ensure a more welcoming environment for all potential clients in the future."

The paperwork was so easy because Melody made it priority to walk us thru the process, which made it awesome. The apartment is newly remodeled. I love it.. thank u. Always ask for Melody."

"William Smith is the best maintenance guy here on property. He deserves recognition that he is appreciated. Always looking out for the tenants making sure there comfortable with there home. He plays a big part with the maintenance department. Very good guy! Family loves William and what he does for us. Thanks Will!!!!!!"

"I just moved in, and I'm lucky to have found this place as it's a great fit for me - practically across the street from UNLV, the airport, and the strip - the apartment itself is close to everything. There are many convenient perks that show they keep the tenants' comfort in mind like the app-assisted laundry facilities, 24-hr pool and gym, rent portal, and amazon hub on the property. Melody has been a rockstar during the move-in process - she made everything easy to understand, was polite and super knowledgeable, and streamlined the paperwork to be the least overwhelming. She brings her A-game in that leasing office. Looking forward to living here!"
