She’s also just generally a delight, as she’s very charismatic, friendly, and polite! I’m grateful she’s here!"

"Great and convenient place to live at. The property is always maintained well. There's gym access, and security patrol day and night. The Sonterra team does an exceptional job! I been living here for 2 years, and I just renewed my lease."

"Management is very helpful and patient. The assistant manager Haley is always available at the office and does a great job getting maintenance to come and fix any issues in a timely matter. She also is very patient with residents when communicating any matter to them. She made the application process go by quickly and she makes me feel welcomed in the office whenever I stop by. She is very professional in both her ethic and attitude. Overall I would say she is the best part of this apartment complex."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY JEOPARDIZING YOUR HEALTH ON THIS SEWER INFESTED PIT! Sonterra Apartments and Westland Company are absolute trash! The constant sewer issues are a health hazard. The office doesn’t care and does nothing at all to not only try and prevent the back ups but treat when they happen. Only time they treat is when Board of Health forces them. When it reached a point that it backed into my tub and I moved out as a result they sent their pit bulls Sentry Recovery and Collections after me for what they wanted to charge. Sentry Recovery and Collections closed out the case because they know it is clearly a Breach of Warranty of Habitability. If their on collection agency won’t pursue collecting for them that speaks volumes! This place should be condemned!"
