"I have lived here for the past 3 years and have never had any issues until this new management company. My lease was up in August and they never responded to me when I needed to resign my lease. But they have no issue letting us know they are having a food truck in the parking lot for everyone. I was told my rent was going up to $935, However the rent ledger states its $975, with a $200 month to month fee (also not told about, but again I was never responded to about my lease) I have no issue paying this but it is not right being told one thing and getting the bill and there's that much of a difference. I never got my lease to sign and my rent in the app never changed. December 8th I get a 7 day eviction notice on my door for almost $700, so I pay that and I continuously try to contact the property to see where this charge came from and why no one even contacted me to let me know I have this charge. I work business hours so I can never go into the office but doesn't help that the staff does not answer their phones OR emails. I went on the app to see if there mystery charges the day before christmas and the app says I owe $70 on top of the rent I paid for December then the $700 and I went to check the app on January 1st to check my rent and it stated I owe $1237. I have tried to contact the office staff via telephone, between yesterday and today I called 8 different times and no call back. I sent a email and they just responded with the rent ledger. No one has answered any of the questions I have had and its frustrating. I have quite a few things that need to be fixed and I can't even get a call back. I am a single mother I have to work to provide and I can't afford to take off of work just to talk to my property management when they can just answer the damn phone. They are only open from 10 am to 4 pm so its impossible to handle any of this. I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME WHAT IS BEING DONE IS NOT LEGAL AND I AM TO THE POINT WHERE I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO CONTACT THE NEWS OR SOMETHING THIS IS WRONG. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOVING HERE!!!!!!"

"Take the bad reviews and RUN. I’ve been harassed by my neighbors, because I called 311 to complain about noise like the lady in the office “Marisol” instructed us to do. I have footage of the past month of my downstairs neighbor planning to get a gun to scare me with my next door neighbor. I have called the office not feeling safe for my kids and I when my husband was away. My husband has called security, and we have even tried to transfer or get our lease ended. They said they can’t do anything and can’t evict him because it’s “his first complaint” They shut off the water FOR THE SECOND DAY IN A ROW with NO EMAIL AND NO NOTICE. There are multiple families in my building. It’s completely unacceptable. We went to the office and I admit I slam the door after saying I’d appreciate an email since I have kids. The woman Marisol comes calling my husband on a blocked number saying I slammed the door (he was with me, guess she will check the cameras later lol) And saying she’s gonna contact the property manager. Well go ahead , we’ve been begging you to end our lease and it took all this just to do it? If you love your packages stolen and living and breathing in the ghetto, WELCOME HOME Oh ps: we record everything and have a paper trail. So Marisol, when you actually want to take care of your community, let us know."

"They Said: We have a apartment for you. Two weeks later, no apartment. We have a higher price apartment ready now. Two weeks later, no apartment. Poor communication about anything with no date attached. Apparently they wanted our $300+ application fees, but we got nothing for it. Watch out for scams! After 30 days, we finally canceled & got a condo within a few days later, at the same price."
