"I have been living here fo over 4 years now and I just wanted to say that the staff is very friendly, Terry the maintenance guy is quick to answer a call , and very polite the whole way through. I also wanted to recognize Hunter, who works in the leasing office is outstanding. I appreciate all of her hard work, her effective communication skills, and her friendliness. I appreciate them both very much and also the rest of the staff at this property."

"At first it seemed like a good place to live because of the affordable rent and the location. But little to my knowledge after being here for actually 3 months I get to see that this place is a polished turd they're putting lipstick on a pig here. They're trying to remode these old apartments and they're claiming to renovate, but they do not take care of the property all they did was repaint. And my rent has increased due to water issues. I tell them about the issue and no one fixes it until it's too late and we have to pay. They have issues with their water irrigation system breaking or the water timer is off and it keeps breaking and they include that price for the water in your rent. Im contacting the water department for the water waste and looking for a new place to stay. So if you want your rent to keep increasing of something that is completely out of your control come on down to paradise square apartments where they hope yout to stupid to notice your rent increases so they can charge you for they're problems."

"I have lived here for almost 3 years. I have issues with cockroaches and i have called and asked them repeatedly to have a big guy come and spray. Since this march the bug guy came and spray every wednesday. But still have bugs coming from everywhere. I am a clean person. Also to do laundry here is very expensive. The only 3 good things that make this complex bearable the park across the street, the Dutch Bros Coffee, and if you get luck as i did, great neighbors!. The manager who works in the office will give you attitude if you express any concern she will then kick you out of her office for even raising your voice. My husband got kicked out of the office because he was telling her about the cockroaches and mold. we had mold in our bathroom. What they did was just scrap off the paint and painted over it. The mold grew back."
