This brand-new apartment is not only beautiful and clean but also surprisingly quiet. The staff at KLA are so responsive, and I love efficient people. The prime location within walking distance of local attractions and restaurants, especially Fremont Street, adds immense value. The functional layout is perfect for my needs, and it's an absolute steal. While everything is fantastic, an electronic door lock would be a great addition for convenience. "Avoid. I moved into the Ogden Executive in September of 2020. A month into the lease I began experiencing issues with the business internet, mail arriving opened/not at all/ or late (not there when informed delivery says it is)/ unauthorized entry into my home by the neighbor in apartment #28. The leasing office is well aware and sanction the fraudulent activity that goes on here. There is a rogue cell tower to intercept and middle man your communications. It's in the heart of downtown, your cell reception. Is notably lower and will display LTE to x.2. calls are rerouted or intercepted and disconnected. I'm assuming it's a grift by the company which involves identity theft because there are certain tenants that wait for the mail carrier and have them hand them bundles of mail (which could be yours). The reason I believe management at Vice Series and KLA Capital are aparty to the fraud is they will make excuses and outright deny any complaints. During the winter I had to stay at a hotel some nights because the unit was too cold, someone was accessing the crawlspace inside of my apartment from another location and the temps felt as if the front door was opened. The Property manager who signed the lease with me told me it was probably the crawlspace. The next day I had a maintenance guy and another Property manager come in to inspect, they lied told me there was no crawlspace to my unit. I told them I already spoke to the Property Manager April S, and she informed me there was and that's what the issue was. There was another tenant who complained of the same thing. A tenant who lived on property that is related to one of the Property Managers trashed her apartment and left meth pipes under her bed. She tried to talk to the Property Manager who told her it was her fault, until she filed a police report then they evicted him because they were trying to get her evicted. This place requires you to keep rental insurance which is standard I suppose, but if they are stealing mail, hacking internet, and destroying apartments perhaps the grift includes rental insurance fraud too. I don't know, but don't say you haven't been warned."
