"This place is beautiful. All single bedrooms for a decent price. It has a pool, plenty of vegetation and great staff. Alexis and Alexa were extremely helpful and patient with my fiancée and I as this was first time signing a lease on our own. They’ve explained everything important with precision that we needed to know, and we’re more than friendly about it as well. The apartments themselves are very nice, though not as nice as the surrounding area unfortunately. It’s not a Wild West type situation, but you’d definitely would want to pay attention to your surroundings given the plethora of homeless. I appreciate that everything is at a convenient distance for folks like me who don’t drive. All in all, Fremont Villas is a decent place to home for my fiancée and I thus far."

It's amazing to be surrounded by fellow artists from various disciplines, all contributing to an atmosphere that sparks innovation and encourages collaboration. The common spaces are designed with artists in mind, with cozy nooks for sketching, painting, or simply letting your imagination flow. The regular art exhibitions and workshops organized by the leasing office are a testament to their commitment to nurturing this artistic spirit."

"The office staff and management have been stellar on working with you if issues arise. Shawnda is incredible and one of the best managers I ever worked with. She was quick to respond to me and so are the other office staff. It’s great to see the maintenance and pest control all the time up-keeping the complex. There is a nice pool in the middle just like an oasis! They would totally get 5 stars if the hot tub was open but it needs to be renovated so it remains closed for now. They could definitely use more cameras on the perimeter. Overall we really like the apartments, just the location could be better."

"These apartments are clean, nice and the landscaping is beautiful. The staff are wonderful to work with. I talked with Alexis and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. "Very nice place to stay. Really nice staff and so friendly and helpful. Because I am not good with all this nee way to do things, the ladies in the office, especially Jennifer, helped me with my lease agreement, setting up my electric account, my rental insurance and my Smart TV set up. The ladies all worked with me to get internet into my apartment. I go to them for everything and they are always willing to do whatever they can to help. The Freemont Villas are quiet and a great place to stay for the price. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. I love living here and I feel safe. The apartments are gated."
