"You’re better off living on the street right in front of you. The staff is very unqualified to help you overcome homelessness. They don’t serve breakfast, lunch is a sandwich and dinner is a TV dinner. If you don’t work or get food stamps YOU WILL GO HUNGRY. At night time when you leave your room you will be accompanied by roaches Roaches and more roaches. If Lillie is your case manager get use to staying there. SHE WILL NOT HELP YOU, very combative when you ask for updates and just refuses to do her job. Salvation Army right over on Owen will be your best bet but if you wind up here, GOOD LUCK"
