"I’m so happy I moved here! The building is beautiful, the amenities are great but the thing that I’ve been most impressed with is how amazing the staff is and how much they take care of the residents! Juana in the leasing office made my move-in easy and seamlessly and has addressed every question and concern I’ve had since the first time I made contact to today. Eric in maintenance takes of all my requests quickly and goes above and beyond by tending to even the smallest detail with care. Will in the Conceirge and everyone in the leasing office is warm and welcoming, they really make you feel at home here. One thing that really sets the Auric team apart is how they bring the community together with resident events. There are social hours, yoga classes, donut Fridays, brunches and holiday celebrations. As someone that just moved here, I really appreciate that we have so many opportunities to connect with other residents. Hands down the best luxury building I’ve lived in and I’ve lived in many in LA. If you’re looking for an upscale experience with a close community vibe…you will love it here!"

"I’ve been living at Auric for approximately 3 months now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The staff goes above and beyond in everything they do. The events I’ve attended have been phenomenal and well thought out, I really feel like I’m a part of a community! The only thing I wish people would consider while reading any negative review, because trust me I've read through them too, is that while I have seen the staff here doing their best to maintain this beautiful property, it would tremendously help if the residents here would be a bit considerate while using the common areas. I've gotten to meet great people while living here, but others their money to make up for their lack of class. Overall, I know Auric is one of the better luxury apartments and urge you to at least take a tour so you can be convinced with your own eyes how amazing it is to live here."

"I lived here for a year just signed another 18 month lease. This place is incredible. It’s definitely different from any other Apartment complex. I’ve looked into the staff is incredible from the leasing office to the maintenance staff. They have fun activities and gatherings throughout the year. They also put on events for the holidays. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who’s looking for an apartment downtown The pictures below are Of wine down Wednesday they did the appetizers for the Thanksgiving holiday.
