"Where do I start, I have been dealing with some major serious issues at my previous complex. I knew about Sunset Terrace from some good co workers that lives there. I applied once before but I didn’t move in and that was my biggest mistake ever. Since I have to move of course Sunset Terrace was the first place I thought of. And that is because of Jasmine, she was awesome when I first applied and even though I didn’t take it the first time, she didn’t treat me no different when I applied again. As a matter of fact she help me out with my issue. So if you are looking for a place to move to ask for Jasmine is awesome and you will not be disappointed."

"I moved in about 7 months ago and have nothing to complain about. The pool was kept up with when it was open for the season now that's it's cold it still looks clean. Jasmine has been great since our first emails, responds quicky. maintenance was really fast, had a leaking sink and they came the day of to get it fixed (still not leaking) and that's the only issue I've had with the place. Landry facility is kept clean and there's plenty of washers and dryer to use."
