"No complaints! Owner/manager has always done me right. It's clean and peaceful enough. Inexpensive. NOT a weekly!! Most tenants are long term. As for another person's post, everything here has been inspected (building, fire etc) and all meet code. Homeless do rummage through trash looking for things, but anyone living in Vegas should realize that happens EVERYWHERE here and there's realistically no way to prevent it. I plan on sticking around!"

"This is a dump! Landlord, Wayne C. Prunty Jr, wrongfully evicted me from my apt when I discovered he illegally split the 1 bedroom apts into 2 studios. I called the city for help and He filed for an eviction not allowing me to be properly served or allowed me to receive my mail. He falsified his name using his father's name on the lease. Allowing homeless people to go through our trash. Don't trust or live here and if you already do, sue him for your rent because your apt is an illegal unit!"
