Any emergencies or repairs that need to be done, they take care of them in a rapidly manner also office and maintenance personnel are the best! "This apt was great when I stayed here. It was super close to school (UNLV), Close to stores, quiet neighborhood, and the office staff was always able to help or answer any questions that we had. Maintenance was also quick to fix any problems we would report. My only complaint is that sometimes the washer and dryers would be broken but other than that the apartments were great for the time being. Enjoyed my time there while I was staying there."

"Property manger is very frame when communicating with you about property details and approval information. So is the assistant manager, but once you get to know them they are so cool and helpful... Maintenance and work orders were done at a timely manner, I also got my deposit back within 2 weeks of moving out. Thank you guys for helping me through a tough time i truly appreciate it."

"Vibe Apartments, managed by Edie, is not a great place to live or consider living unless you don't care about faulty plumbing, unsolved unit issues, and management forcing their way into your unit with notice. And it is DEFINITELY not child friendly. I find it amazing our rent has managed to go up and they still have not resolved the issue of our apartment flooding multiple times over the past 2 years. The toilets have been backed up and have recently flooded our courtyard and if they are working on plumbing or power, you will receive no notice ahead of time. You'll just be without for a couple hours. I don't think they understand how frustrating it is to have your water randomly shut off while showering. Though they have roomy patio spaces for an apartment complex, (and nothing stating you cant have such things) you aren't permitted any patio furniture . If you have children, they are not permitted to use chalk (especially not on the walls) because they consider it vandalism. But there's often broken glass in the streets and rocks and we have a lot of unsavory characters lurking about day and night and security does nothing about it. Of course. Last but not least, them knowing they're establishment isn't the greatest, they offer tenants incentives (like $200) for positive reviews here on Google and Yelp for the chance to get it. I have a flyer photo I can add in later. Avoid this place folks. It is not worth the hassle OR the rent."
