"Very bad maintenance- they claim to be luxury apartments but the only luxuries here are the pools … the place is filthy and never taken care of - the rent is high and the staff don’t care about he tenants … I been without WiFi 3 weeks now and my power to my room and bathroom went out today I called the guy and he said he won’t check it till tomorrow gave me an attitude and hung up fast … I regret renting here…. Very getto place to live"

"This place is a scam beware. They have you come in to look. Then gave me unit to look at first then manger Jorge said let's go down do paperwork I did he then ask me are you seeing anyone weird but thought for he knows who is coming in. They he called me said everything is approved when do I want to move in I said Nov 1st2023 it was October 23 now he said great apartment #1203 is your new number thethen I got all packed up as moving from AZ .called to find out manger I was dealing with got fired new manager said got to start over but same apartment it was November 9th still no word .on move in I had to have a place for my new job as I work from home. Yvonne said we'll takes time . REALLY I was already approved or did old manger just want to date.so I called her on the afternoon of the 9th as they had a special if moved in on 10 she said we don't care we can cancel all the app and I can go look around because she was busy and and not have the time so please think twice before renting from this management company"

"My overall experience here was very average, the place needed a lot of work. but the new community manager came in around the time I was moving out and really began to do all the work that needed to be done. It’s been managed a lot better. I would give the place 2-3 stars but with him being there I’m sure it will be up to 4-5 stars very soon!"

"This place is a DISGUSTING HEALTH HAZARD. I’d give them ZERO STARS if I could. The good reviews are fake. I’ve lived here for less than two months and have never not seen roaches. I am a very clean person and very minimalistic so I’m not at all the problem. The building itself is INFESTED. I’ve watched bugs crawl out of the ceiling and behind the stove and I barely cook. Not just the regular sized ones but HUGE FLYING COCKROACHES. They say they’ll spray units every Wednesday for free to keep the bugs away but it does nothing. The windows in the building don’t open so everyone is constantly breathing in harsh chemicals. Many other residents I’ve spoken to also say they’ve had an ongoing unsolvable bug problem. I’ve complained to the leasing office and attempted to terminate my lease but they refuse to do the right thing and mutually terminate and are requiring two months rent ($2400) despite the living conditions being uninhabitable and the situation being unmanageable. I now have to replace all of my brand new furniture. Someone will probably respond to this saying that I should contact corporate with my concerns but it will lead me nowhere. This place is unethical, horrible, and should honestly be condemned by the city. Don’t even give it a chance. You will regret it I promise."

"This place is disgusting. Do not believe these fake reviews. The positive reviews listed here are more than likely from the previous team. Lived there 2 yrs.. management was good 2021 after Nieders property management took over the management went down hill. Black Americans beware. No matter how good of a tenant you are if you ever feel like something doesn't feel quite right, that's because it's Not. They will show you no respect as a paying customer. They might tow your car and even attempt to charge you money even after your lease ended and you just may have to hire a lawyer. They do a great job at keeping the lobby clean beyond that. This Mark one building is Ghetto fabulous with a Great view and actually in a good location."
