"This is my real HORRIBLE experience and I share these details to help the next person avoid heartache. I forgot I had mistakenly gave them a 5 star review and Google had showed me the way to correct that misstep on my end. Now, they will ask you to give a review of your experience during the leasing signing process. No compensation your rent is due each month. And once again, after my HORRIBLE experience with them I’m changing my review. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I will not support a company that gave me the impression they DO NOT CARE. Also, they send out mass text messages to remind you that rent is due. I don’t remember if they had online rent payments as I only remember being forced to bring money orders. INCONVENIENT. They lock the mailbox room when the office closes. Hey, so if you need to grab an important document you have to wait until they open the next morning. If I could title my review it would be called, “Shoddy business practices”. I hope they got the bug problem under control. Redesign those out-dated looking sun-withered buildings. The leasing office looks better than your unit will look. The stairs wobble. The refrigerator was dirty and I had to ask for bug control they came with the orthodefense pesticide (Home Depot purchase I’m assuming). Shoddy. The property manager is so phony and rude. It acts nice, but yep I had a different experience with it. And if you need a bug infested home where they deny the problem then they are your go to “home”. When you complain they will gaslight you, make excuses, and tell you “how to stop attracting them into your home” with their ineffective tips. Laughable. Therefore, your REAL IMMINENT complaint left unresolved. And the comfort of your home is disrupted - RENT IS DUE EVERY MONTH THOUGH. Those balcony and patios are infested too. Do they have health inspections for apartments/homes in that dung-hole of a city? Vegas also smells like a dung-hole for a lack of better word & oh, trust me there are other words I could employ, including some other entities. I would share more about them, but everyone has the autonomy to make their own choices. Good luck and I hope this review of my awful misfortunate experience finds you all well. "Funny how most of these reviewers don't leave reviews often and are saying great things about this place. I've been here for YEARS, lemme tell you .... Pros: management and staff are friendly. The area isn't the greatest, but maintenance try to keep it clean. The price for an apartment is doable compared to other places you'll look. There have been upgrades which is nice. Cons: a lot of times maintenance won't be quick to fill orders. Either that or they won't do the job right. Manager and a maintenance check your apartment, check what's wrong, but won't follow up. Neighbors can make noise, you put a complaint, but only do so much about it. Since cars are designated to have their assigned parking spots, other cars or visitors think they can park wherever and leave whenever without an issue. Cars have been broken into, from parking on the street (since there's not many free space to park if isn't assigned) to being broken to in the back. WHERE'S THE SECURITY when you need them? Other than that, it's a great place for public transportation and anything else you may need since it's in the middle of everything!"
