"I had a great experience with the team at Fusion Apartments. The leasing consultant Daisy was very helpful and friendly. She responded to my email and request in a timely manner. She assisted me from the beginning until when I had to move in and even now if I have any questions . The apartments a very nice and looks way better than in picture. "Been living here for a little over 6 months so i wanted to wait to give a review. Daisy is super sweet and an angel!! Gifted me a wax warmer and a cute little toaster when i moved in.Living here is pretty sweet in my opinion because everyone kinda minds their business for the most part but occasionally there’s the loud neighbors but what can you really do about it. Amazing Amazon Locker on property which is so convenient. Of course the area it self isn’t the best but I think fusion is amazing."

"I’ve lived here since August 2019 and have seen 3 different managers and 2 different receptionist; which also means I’ve seen this place at its worst but I’ve seen its improvement. 2019, there used to be security guards that were hired to be on the property at night to walk around and actually patrol. Between 2020-2022, they got rid of security and a lot more car break-ins, window break-ins, and night time fights happened; it did not feel safe. Present day, there is a 3rd party security company that is available to call 24/7 in case of an issue (or after hours concern). For the most part it seems helpful but most of the time when I’m done with the call, the issue has gone away. UPDATE: middle of the night, I have not had them pick up. There have been situations that have escalated while I wait 15+ min on hold just to talk to a security guard that I’ve had to hang up and call police. It is a gated community but during office hours the front gate is left open; for obvious reasons this is so potential residents can come visit and tour the community when they’re open. In 2019 it used to be a swinging gate which broke constantly and would leave the property wide open in the middle of the night which resulted in homeless people coming into the property to dig through the trash or break in to cars. Present day both the entrance and exit gate slide open and closed; exit gate is still on solar power as of this day and can break down when there is no sun leaving it wide open throughout the night. Despite the lease saying this is a non-smoking property, I still see people in the parking lot smoking and even smell the weed through the walls sometimes and there’s not much the property can do about it. They do allow pets and just this month (January 2024) they have added a little dog park for pet relief. Despite this change, people still let their dogs poop in the courtyards of each building area and don’t pick it up. Management also cannot do much about the problem when you don’t know which owner or which dog is making the mess. The one downside is quiet hours are from 8pm-8am which is literally half the day and seems a little unrealistic. Most places I’ve been to have quiet hours from 10pm-6am. Even with Fusion’s hours, you still have neighbors who will play loud music, neighbors who talk really loud with the thin walls, there’s construction going on (sometimes as early as 6:30am) and there are homeless people on the street yelling. The laundry room has gotten expensive. When I first moved in it was $1.75 to wash and $1.75 to dry ($3.50 total) and it has now gone up to $5 total for a single load of laundry; which is hard even for me who only has 2 people to wash clothes for along with sheets and towels and needs to do 3-5 loads per week. I can’t imagine what other units have to do if they have kids and need to do more loads of laundry. The pools are nice to use in the warm weather, but are a little small in my opinion. They don’t have a hot tub at either pool and the depth of the pool is a bit weird. The mailboxes are all together, and between 2021-present they have added Amazon Hub lockers for the packages to be dropped off in for more security. I have not once had a package stolen because of the USPS mailboxes and the Amazon lockers. All you have to do is sign up for free on the Amazon locker link even if you don’t have an Amazon account. Maintenance has been super helpful and friendly, at least to me. The supervisor Carlos has been here since I’ve moved, and maybe even longer, and he always seems interested in how we’re doing and how he can solve our apartment issues. Overall, I don’t think this place is perfect but it has seen some major improvements since before I moved here and even when I moved in 2019. My biggest reason for staying is because it’s an easy walk to the university, but once I graduate I’m hoping to move to a bigger place. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy, but Fusion is trying to improve their own property to make you feel safe in a (somewhat) luxurious and affordable property."
