"The property manager is amazing. Apt was better than the photo online. Apt was clean, been here a little over a month and neighbors are quite. Management bent over backwards with repairs that I noticed after move in. This complex is lucky to have the manager they have."

"If I could give any stars, I would, you pay for everything and yet they just take the money and do nothing…They let residents do what they want and then do nothing to do the right thing. I pay for parking and they took my car, and I still have to go look for it. I have been here for two years just because of the location to my work, I pay my rent on time, I have never been in trouble nor have I ever complained about anything and still. They couldn't solve my problem. I WISH I COULD SPEAK TO THE MANAGEMENT, a property that has a future and they don't care"

"This is the latest of many MANY problems I’ve had since living at this property. But yesterday 10/31 i was woken up to the sound of rushing water. I got up checked and it was coming from the vent in my bathroom. Tried calling the emergency line. Got nothing. Call the office and over an hour later once the water stops dripping someone finally comes. Says he doesn’t have access to the unit upstairs so he will come back in the morning. Next day we get an email saying the work order has been closed so my roommate calls and he finally comes back and is in my unit for literally less than one minute and says “you should be good now.” No explanation…. nothing. Why was there water coming from my vent fan? What about excess moisture possibly mold in the future. All i can say is this lease can’t end soon enough."
