"Great place! Affordable, convenient, comfortable, clean and always kept up! We often work in Vegas and rent out numerous rooms for our staff, so when I say that the place is Great! The place is Great! Whatever we are missing, the owners gladly supply us with it. They are very friendly and treat all of us with respect and kindness. We have never had any issues in the past 3 yrs so if anyone is complaining, well, maybe THEY are the problem."

"Helen the landlord is very crafty when it comes to taking advantage of the tenants. This property is surrounded with cameras that are only used to catch tenants doing anything wrong so she can use the eviction process to collect 2 rents for the same week. Be careful of the no refund policy. No professional contractors are ever used to maintain the property. Only the cheapest labor unlicensed handyman."

"I am absolutely in love with this place. The rooms are upgraded with new appliances. There is complimentary wifi and all rooms have smart big screen tvs with roku...they are beautifully decorated and they are equipped with all you may need to get by on a daily basis. Stocked with toiletries and kitchen is fully functional. Management Is attentive and professional. Close to the strip and other means of entertainment. I recommend staying here."

"This place is awesome! The rooms are so artful and beautifully decorated. I could tell that the owners have great pride in their business. The bed was very comfortable and they even provided a hid a bed for my kids.The big screen tv was excellent and wifi was strong. It's quaint and quiet you will enjoy lots of little perks at this establishment. Ask for Helen she is the best!"

"Excellent price point for what you get and where this place is located. Only about a 5 minute walk to CVS for groceries, snacks or drinks. Hard Rock Hotel and a number of small restaurants are only 5 minutes away too. About a 20 to 30 minute walk to the strip. Room was clean and has everything we needed, but you will need to pick up ground coffee for the coffee pot if you want to make coffee in the morning. Taste of the tap water is just okay and I would recommend picking up a gallon or two depending on the length of your stay. Some rooms have doors and some have sliding glass doors for the main entrance. The sliding door locks seemed like the could use a updating to a deadbolt to improve safety. The blinds to the sliding doors also let in a lot of light. Darker blinds would help or it is best to bring a sleep mask."
