"As an AI, I can't provide you with a job directly, but I can certainly offer some guidance on where to look and how to approach your job search. 1. **Identify your skills and interests:** Think about your strengths, skills, and interests. What are you passionate about? What are you good at? Understanding these factors will help you narrow down your job search. 2. **Update your resume and LinkedIn profile:** Make sure your resume is up-to-date and tailored to the types of jobs you're interested in. Also, optimize your LinkedIn profile with relevant keywords and a professional summary. 3. **Use job search websites:** There are many job search websites where you can find job listings in your area or field of interest. Some popular ones include Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, Glassdoor, and Monster. 4. **Networking:** Reach out to your professional network for job opportunities. Attend networking events, connect with professionals on LinkedIn, and let people know you're looking for a job. 5. **Apply for jobs:** Once you've identified job openings that match your skills and interests, start applying! Customize your resume and cover letter for each application, and follow up if you don't hear back within a reasonable amount of time. 6. **Consider freelancing or remote work:** If traditional employment isn't your only option, consider freelancing or remote work opportunities. Websites like Upwork, Freelancer, and FlexJobs offer a wide range of freelance and remote job opportunities. 7. **Prepare for interviews:** Once you start getting interview offers, make sure you're prepared. Research the company, practice common interview questions, and be ready to showcase your skills and experience. Remember, finding a job can take time and effort, so stay persistent and keep applying. Good luck with your job search!"
"I love the whole motel motif they have going on here. Maybe it was a Howard Johnsons before becoming the glorious and rather illustrious Siegel Suites Twain. I used to call it HoJos. That's short for Howard Johnsons. Get it? I knew you would. When you choose to live/stay here, you are getting not only all the juicy action taking place on Twain, but also within view is the MSG Sphere. I have a feeling that eventually, the rates are going up at this establishment because when you can see the Sphere, well, that commands a rate increase. But across the street is 7-11, and a dispensary for your alternative healing needs. It's cool because you can open the door to your place and look at the parking lot to be sure your vehicle is still there. It often times will be exactly where you left it. You can usually meet a few interesting characters in the area because many of them hang out around here, spreading fun to everyone willing to receive it."
"DO NOT STAY HERE. Roaches everywhere!!! When I went out of state to visit my family, I came back to my stuff being thrown out. They changed the locks and had someone else stay in my apartment. AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAY WITH ROACHES AND HAVE YOUR STUFF THROWN AWAY!!! With the help of my parents, Siegel Suites paid me for my stuff that they threw away."
"I've lived here over a year and the only issue I ever had was how long it took to get a new stove because my oven never worked properly. Great staff and otherwise very attentive don't know why the rating is so low. Bobbi from maintenance and Stacy in the front office are always super helpful."
"The buildings are old. They will tell you there is no noise and it is a good place to live. They will tell you the rooms are clean. They will tell you they will help in any way possible. Here is the reality: Lots of drug dealers, transients and crazy people live here. The guy above me makes noise all through the night doing god knows what and constantly wakes me up. They keep telling me they will move me but always forget. The rooms are filthy and smell really bad. I have had the air conditioner on the whole time I have been here just to get a bit of fresh air. The WIFI is horrible and I can't even use my hotspot so no watching videos online. The rooms are uncleaned and have roaches laying around (corner in the bathroom pic). THE PLACE IS ICKY. YOU WILL NOT WANT TO TOUCH ANYTHING. Don't believe me, look at the pics I uploaded. The bathroom, carpet, and whole place is filthy. They charged me $366! for a week for this place. I could of gotten A MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better place somewhere else for 50-100 bucks more. You will pay big time for trying to save a buck like I did. TRUST ME DO NOT COME HERE. SPEND A LITTLE BIT EXTRA AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF SLEEP AT NIGHT, THE ABILITY TO BREATH, ABILITY TO USE WIFI AND YOU WONT HAVE TO FEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS!"
